Position Summary:

The qualified sales manager will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, further developing existing clients, training account executives.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for annual sales plan, managing metrics, and expanding margin growth.


Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):

·       Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship

·       Responsible for the annual sales plan, individual sales plan and understanding variances towards those.

·       Work closely with leadership to ensure transparency on progress regarding call volume, market penetration at the entity level and individual salesperson level.

·       Collaborate with senior leadership on creating sales metrics and KPI’s regarding pipeline, inbound and outbound sales volume

·       Ability to understand levers to grow sales, margins, and net income

·       Effectively communicate value proposition through presentations and proposals


Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required

·       Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in managing new business development employees
